Banking & Finance Legal Associate
Our Banking & Finance team is on the search for a commercially minded associate (3 to 5 PQE) legal associate or senior legal associate with strong academics and robust transactional experience. This is a role for someone who is looking for the next stage of their career and wants to help build something new and remarkable.

Whilst we certainly do the bread-and-butter financing pieces of work, our practice is constantly kept exciting. We find new ways to structure a finance deal that would make sense for the client. We are acutely aware of the need to understand the geopolitical climate in our world, and are able to put ourselves in the shoes of our clients to help to identify risks and mitigation measures that would be crucial for their business. This is an average day in the Banking and Finance practice at Helmsman LLC.
We know the market, and we pay accordingly. Compensation will be pegged competitively to your level of experience.

Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions Legal Associate
Our Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions team is young, ambitious, and built on the belief that lawyers become great when they are heard and empowered to make a difference.
We are looking for a commercially minded associate (3 to 5 PQE) legal associate or senior legal associate with strong academics and robust transactional experience. This is a role for someone who is looking for the next stage of their career and wants to help build something new and remarkable.
