Helmsman LLC advises Distinct Healthcare Holdings Limited on successful HKEX IPO
Helmsman LLC is pleased to announce that we have advised Distinct Healthcare Holdings Limited on the successful launch of its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The IPO was backed by a strong line-up of cornerstone investors, including XPeng founder He Xiaopeng and several Tencent-linked AI companies.
The transaction was co-led by our Director, Lynette Koh, and Associate Director, Lester Ho. Helmsman LLC advised the company on the Singapore law aspects of this capital markets transaction as the group continues its strategic growth and seeks to position itself as a transformative healthcare innovator in the global marketplace.
Proceeds from the offering have been earmarked for technology enhancements through AI-driven healthcare delivery and the expansion of the group’s healthcare network.
