Helmsman LLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with the Ningbo Council for the Promotion of International Trade (“CCPIT”) to strengthen legal support for cross-border trade at the “Singapore Economic and Trade Opportunities and Commercial Legal Alignment Event,” in Ningbo, China.
The MOU establishes a framework for cooperation to promote legal services and effective dispute resolution mechanisms for trade and commerce between Singapore and Ningbo. Through this partnership, Helmsman LLC and Ningbo CCPIT will work together to support businesses engaged in cross-border transactions and enhance confidence in international trade processes.
“The signing of this MOU is a significant step toward building a more collaborative legal environment for businesses operating between Singapore and Ningbo, and the partnership with Ningbo CCPIT is a recognition of Helmsman’s strength and contribution in this regard,” said Peter Huang, Associate Director at Helmsman LLC. “We look forward to helping companies manage the complexities of cross-border trade and disputes.”
The collaboration is expected to improve access to high-quality legal services, strengthen institutional links between Singapore and Ningbo, and contribute to deeper economic and commercial ties.
