Daniel Ho

Daniel is a specialist regulatory and disputes resolution lawyer. His experience spans regulatory advisory work, criminal representation, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. He regularly advises on regulatory issues and acts for clients in complex cross-border matters.
Upon completing his law degree, Daniel was appointed a Justices’ Law Clerk of the Supreme Court of Singapore where he handled a broad variety of complex civil disputes and criminal matters. Prior to joining Helmsman, Daniel practiced at a top-tier international law firm.
Daniel read law at the Singapore Management University, graduating with a Summa Cum Laude (with the Highest Distinction). He was on the Dean’s List for all academic years and was awarded the Kwa Geok Choo Top Law Student Award, Amarjeet Singh SC Law Prize for Public International Law, and David Marshall Prize for Top Student in Criminal Law. Daniel was also awarded the Kwa Geok Choo Law Undergraduate Scholarship.
Daniel is an active member of the Law Society’s Public and International Law sub-committee. He also regularly volunteers at the Bukit Batok SMC Legal Clinic, and coaches moot teams at the Singapore Management University.
