Lin Yan Yan

Lin Yan Yan oversees strategy, business development, and corporate growth, drawing on over 15 years of experience building and leading complex organisations across Asia. Her career spans senior executive leadership, principal investing, consulting, and law, with particular depth in commercial expansion, stakeholder management, and organisational build in high-growth environments.

Her most recent role was as Vice President at ONE Championship, Asia's largest global sports media property, where she held simultaneous accountability across strategy, commercial, and corporate functions. She drove significant market expansion and organizational growth, and supported the organisation’s multiple fundraising rounds. Prior to that, she held principal investing roles at Mission Holdings, Volta Circle, VisVires Capital Asia and worked in strategy consulting at L.E.K. Consulting. She began her career as a litigation associate at Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore.

Yan Yan holds an MBA from INSEAD and an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. She is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and has completed the MIT Applied Data Science Program. She is a native English speaker and is professionally proficient in Mandarin.
